Shots Ring Out at SE Portland Jack in the Box

Portland Police say around 2:30 Friday afternoon shots rang out at the Jack in the Box restaurant in on Southeast 82nd in Portland.  Two people were sitting in their car in the drive-thru when bullets hit their vehicle.  Nobody got hit.

Witnesses say they saw the shooter.  He is described as a 5' 10" skinny African-American in his 20's wearing all black.  They say he had low, baggy pants with red & blue boxers showing.  He ran off into a neighborhood and was not found.

Police believe the shooting to be gang related.
